What it measures 

Detects whether your immune system is attacking your thyroid. The hallmark marker of Hashimoto's thyroiditis, which affects up to 15% of women and causes no abnormality in standard thyroid results until significant damage has occurred. 

Best for 

Women with unexplained fatigue, brain fog, weight gain, hair thinning, or mood changes. Anyone with a personal or family history of autoimmune conditions.
