Shipping policy

PROTOCOL Health provides health screening services, not physical goods requiring delivery. Blood draws and sample collection are conducted at our clinic at 71 Robinson Road, Singapore, or via home visit where applicable. Test kit collection and return logistics, where required, are coordinated directly by our team. Contact hello@protocolhealth.sg for any service logistics queries.
