What it measures 

Measures an essential mineral for thyroid hormone conversion, antioxidant defence, and immune regulation. Deficiency is more common across Southeast Asia than most people realise due to selenium-poor soils. 

Best for 

Anyone adding TPO or TgAb antibodies to their test. Also relevant for those with persistent fatigue, immune concerns, or low thyroid function despite normal TSH levels.
