Fasting Insulin + HOMA-IR

What it measures 

Measures how hard your pancreas is working to keep blood sugar stable, and calculates your insulin resistance score (HOMA-IR). Detects metabolic dysfunction years before glucose or HbA1c shift. 

Best for 

Belly weight, energy crashes after meals, sugar cravings, or a family history of diabetes. Especially valuable if you've been told your glucose is borderline fine.
