Folate (Vitamin B9)

What it measures 

Measures your level of Vitamin B9, essential for DNA repair, cell health, and homocysteine regulation. Works alongside B12 and is often deficient in people who don't supplement or who carry MTHFR variants. 

Best for 

Anyone not actively supplementing, women in their reproductive years, and anyone adding homocysteine to their test. Folate and homocysteine results should always be read together.
